What would you do if a soldier in front of your line of the grocery store can’t pay for his items? What if those items are for his baby? Would you help?
What Would You Do? is a television show about social experiments such as what would you do if a foster son is discriminated by foster mom.

In the video below, What Would You Do? team sets the veteran to test for a random act of kindness. An actor, who sets himself as a veteran, tries to pay for his groceries but his card is declined and he doesn’t have enough cash. To make things worse, he has a baby at home and the groceries includes baby stuff.
The camera captures people around him and their reactions when they see and hear what is happening to the soldier.
And what people do at the market is truly touching.

It is so easy to say that we would help him but it is hard to actually act in those situations.
I was so surprised to watch this video because people act in the best way possible. Even though they don’t have a lot of money, people behind him was happily willing to help him for the groceries.
And what they say is so touching.
In the video, Cecilia, who is just behind the veteran, even tries to pay the whole things including beer. She says, “Why not [beer]? Everybody likes to enjoy a beer once in a while.”
It made my heart warm.
