Unfortunately, the uniformed soldier was without cash on his person but he didn’t want to pass on the opportunity of helping the kids who were proactively working hard to earn some money.
He instead asked the pair if they were hungry. Without a doubt, they hadn’t eaten anything and were quite peckish.
The footage released shows the soldier helping the boys to place their orders at the counter. Both of them ordered what they find most delicious from the colorful display board above the cashier.
Risdon was without any spare change but luckily he was carrying his trusty credit card with him. He said that it seemed like an extremely small gesture he could do for the kids as they were trying to make some money in the rain.
He said that it was his obligation to at least get them something to eat. The video speared like a wildfire on the internet, the whole world got to know about such a kind-hearted soldier.
Risdon said that he is a little embarrassed from all the exposure he is getting. There is no doubt that his act of kindness has touched many people.
