For a commoner, it is almost impossible to attain every aspect of life, especially nature and its secrets.
We live around nature but we don’t know much about nature except the things we have watched on the TV.
For the same reason, Sir David Attenborough is our favorite naturalist who has won a fair number of awards in his career.
But there was one he was yet to be honored with. The man who has been the voice behind Planet Earth, Blue Planet, and Our Planet, the man who is no less than an inspiration to all of us received the viewer’s choice Lifetime Achievement Award for the contribution he has made over the years on Britain’s TV.
The ceremony for the award is going to take place tonight but the 93 years old naturalist has already received his award.
The TV Choice Awards in their statement said that Sir David Attenborough isn’t just a hero for Britain but the man is a global icon who is still working, learning, and achieving at such an age.
Thanking the organization Sir David said that what he does is not always a source of entertainment but is the source of truth at times which offends people too. He then added that he is extremely happy and feels honored by the award.
Yea, the 93 years old is definitely getting old but he is not slowing down at all.
Just a few days ago the naturalist who is genuinely concerned for the nature with all his mind and heart bashed the politicians for not taking enough measures to restrain climate change.
He also said that there was a time when the Great Barrier of Reef was fresh and living which is all dead now and this is a great example of what we have done and what we need to do now.
