Sharon Stone Reveals Her 11-Month-Old Nephew Has Passed Away Days After He Was Found In His Crib With Organ Failure


Sharon Stone shared the heartbreaking news of her nephew’s passing only days after he was found in his crib suffering from severe organ failure.

River, 11 months old, was the youngest child of the Basic Instinct star’s younger brother Patrick and his wife, Tasha.

Stone took to Instagram and shared a video of River with the caption: “River William Stone. Sept. 8, 2020 – Aug. 30, 2021.”

Days before River passed away, Stone posted a photo of the young boy lying in a hospital bed while connected to medical devices.

“My nephew and godson River Stone was found in his crib w total organ failure today. Please pray for him. We need a miracle,” she wrote.

River’s devastated mother also took to Facebook and revealed that her youngest son was fighting for his life in a coma.

“This is the HARDEST thing I have ever had to post but I am BEGGING everyone and anyone who prays please pray HARD for River,” she said. “Every single second of this is literally killing me. I just want my sweet sweet boy back.”

Tasha did not mention the cause of River’s condition but she said that she was told by doctors that her son would “never be the same” if he ever woke up from coma.

“The doctor said if he does pull through he will never be the same,” she expressed.

“Please I am begging for prayers that my baby can be healed and come back with his family who love him so very much. I am beyond heartbroken.”

Stone was inundated with messages of condolences after she posted the tragic news.

“I’m sitting here in tears. I’m so sorry, Sharon. What a beautiful boy. Sending all my love to you and your family,” Will & Grace star Sean Hayes wrote.

“I am in disbelief. Oh Sharon, there are no words, other than I’m so sorry for your whole family’s loss. I am praying for all of you at this unimaginable time,” Debra Messing said.
