Well, the challenge came out from the app called FaceApp which is a photo editor app.
You must have seen the images; they are all over the social media. Be it Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or any other social media you name that supports pictures.
This app transforms the person on the picture to how he or she is supposed to look almost 50 years later in their life. Yes, you can grow double or even triple of your age and find out how you are going to look or how you might look when you grow old.
This special attractive feature of the app is gaining a lot of attention and it has achieved the position of the most downloaded app for both iOS and Android within days. Although the app was created back in 2017, it recently came out to the hype.
Now, the matter of concern is how safe the app is. It is a photo editor app and, naturally, the app may have access to your pictures.
But the glitch here is that once you have downloaded the app in your phone, the creators will forever have access to the photos in your phone even if you have deleted the app.
The surprise here is, the app does not even ask your permission for the same. The terms and conditions clearly state that they have access to your pictures.
