School bullies who were traveling on a bus were caught on camera attacking a 14-year-old boy because he was wearing a MAGA cap prior to the incident.
The assault occurred in Hamilton County, Florida, where a bunch of teens, including a boy named Tyler, were riding a school bus.
Suddenly, several female students approached the 14-year-old boy and started punching and kicking him, allegedly all because he was wearing a MAGA cap days before the attack.
Following the assault, Tyler was hospitalized and left with head contusions. As for the boy’s family, they expressed interest in taking legal action against Tyler’s attackers.
“To be clear, my son bought his Trump 2020 hat with his own money at the flea market a few weeks ago. He was proud to wear it. He wore it to School, but due to immediate bullying he put it away & didn’t wear it to school again, sadly the damage was already done & [he] was now a target,” Tyler’s mother explained in her Twitter post.
“From that point on he was steadily getting messed with. He was getting hit, tripped & verbally abused on the bus, but it all came to a head yesterday on his bus ride home.”
As the mother went on to claim, her boy has never been treated this way until he started wearing his MAGA cap to school.
“Plain and simple this was a hate crime and attempted murder according to the state of Florida since it was over three kids that jumped him and these kids are older and larger,” she added in another post.
