Meghan Markle’s estranged half-sister has accused Meghan and Prince Harry of being selfish and cruel for stepping down as senior royals and moving to California.
55-year-old Samantha Markle branded Meghan and Prince Harry ‘disgusting’ and ‘hypocrites’ on talkRadio.
Samantha said abandoning British people and the Royal family during a pandemic is cruel and accused a couple of not caring for their families and people around them.
She said: “They can throw stones all they want but they are the biggest hypocrites out there now. It’s a devastating pandemic, the idea of abandoning both families without so much of a phone call is just shocking.”
“And now to abandon the British people and Royal family at such a critical time it is almost, it takes me back to the Colosseum in Roman times, it just seems so horribly cruel.”
She went on to say that the people in the US should not pay for their security and praised President Trump for announcing he wouldn’t pay for the couple’s security.
However, the couple has already announced that they would be paying for their security personally and a spokesman for the couple confirmed it.
Samantha said: “The US people should not pay for their security. Harry and Meghan don’t seem to care about families or people around them. Their self-preservation is quite disgusting.”
“I totally support President Trump, he is remarkable under these circumstances.”
The couple is currently in isolation with their ten-month-old baby Archie in the US.
A source has revealed they want to spend the next few months focusing on their family while they are also getting numerous marketing promotions and commercials worth tens of millions of dollars.
The couple is said to be excited about the next chapter of their life and wants to make a difference on a global level through their work.
