“We will not be locking down again. We will remain open. We will fight this and any fines in a common law court,” the salon revealed in an Instagram post.

While the salon was previously allowed to remain open despite being located in a high-risk area, the business was ordered to shut down in September after failing to respect coronavirus measures and regulations set by the government.

Previously, the owners of the salon displayed a controversial poster claiming that coronavirus doesn’t exist. Among other stuff written on the post, the salon banned Covid talk and face masks saying: “You can’t catch what doesn’t exist.”

After the authorities had a chat with the salon’s staff and owner, the local council allowed the business to reopen. If they refuse to close again starting Thursday, however, the salon could be slapped with a fine of up to £10,000 ($13,000).
