It can happen anywhere. One can have a stroke during the class, being involved in a car accident is not an uncommon thing to happen and a sudden cardiac arrest can happen at any time.

There was an unpredictable medical condition to an Emmy Award-winning news reporter Serene Branson in 2011.

She was all set to report a live post-Grammy right outside of the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

She later said she had a terrible headache before she goes in front of the camera but she didn’t think it was serious.

The words on the page got blurry as she read her report. She could not pronounce the words correctly and make correct sentences. She couldn’t pronounce the word “Grammy.”

She continued to read the report but she instantly knew that something was wrong. She couldn’t stop mumbling and it was obvious that she was in some kind of medical condition.

And the worst thing for her was that it was all on live television.

Right after the camera moved away, she was not able to hold the microphone. She dropped it and her body began to shake. Branson was so scared and so did her co-workers around her.

As the report was about the Grammy Awards, millions of people were watching her condition that night and the video also went viral on the internet.

Some people who watched her on TV that night accused her of being on drugs or drunk but that is not true. Also, it was not a stroke even though her symptoms such as speech impairment, dizziness, and nausea seemed to be a stroke.

The accident let her take more care about her health even though she learned the lesson in a hard way.
