How many times does this happen that the culprit becomes the victim of the same crime he commits?
This is a very rare occurrence but when this happens, the culprit that has had a taste of its own medicine gets the perfectly right punishment for the crime it has committed.
A person who is not an adult is considered to be unable to take the decision of their life and when it comes to sexually getting involved with someone, especially with an adult, it automatically becomes a crime the adult is committing.
The world knows of the law and so did this man who targeted girls aged 13 to 14 between 2017 and 2019 online for developing a sexual relationship with them.
But the man who did commit the crime has been let go of the prison because the judge says he is too vulnerable for jail.
Brazen Kyle Sweet, 19, who is lawfully and adult was in jail for the crime he has committed but the judged waved his prison time off considering he is too vulnerable for prison as other inmates asked sexual favors from him.
While it was the duty of the in charge of the prison to keep him safe, even after their attempts they were not completely able to. Thus the judge has let him go under community order stating that it is best for both public and him.
Brazen Kyle Sweet, was first involved with a 13 years old girl in 2017 but he was not charged for any crime as after a check it was found out that the girl sent her explicit images without asking.
But this was not the end as later in 2019 he got involved with other girls and asked them for their images as the girls play with themselves. He even sent his pictures holding his pennies as well as video as he masturbated.
He thought he sent the video to the girl but it was her mother instead who lodged a complaint against Sweet.
