Relatives who proved themselves to be unforgiven called in the police to arrest their 9-year-old nephew as he stole their wallet and refuse to return it.
Although it might seem brutal, it was not the first time, when the said nephew was involved in such a situation.
The relative said in their defense that it was the final straw. When the boy arrived at the relative’s home, they realized that the wallet was missing.
When they confronted the 9-year-old about it, he smugly replied to them by saying that they cannot prove the fact he stole a wallet.
They kept on trying to reason with the boy, and he kept on refusing to hand over the wallet, for which they took matters to the next level, and threatened to call the police.
The boy didn’t take the threat seriously, so the relative called in the police. In a short while, the police showed up on their doorstep. By that point, the boy was sobbing uncontrollably.
The 9-year-old kept crying. He returned the wallet and begged for forgiveness. The relatives told the police about what happened, and his mother was refusing to pick him.
So, the police handcuffed him and placed him on the back of the police car. Right after 20-minutes, the sister came into the picture crying and screaming so much, which enabled the police to threaten to arrest her as well.
The extreme yet unusual punishment was not taken well by the public, for which there was a series of mixed feedbacks.
However, most of the people believed that the relative went too far with the so-called “punishment”.
For that, the relative received a great deal of backlash and some of the people said that it was a mean-spirited, cowardly, and a senseless thing they had done, and believed it was not the right thing to do.
