Documenting each and every step that came her way, Wilson made sure her fans and followers kept up with her along the tedious process. The star referred to this journey of hers as the ‘year of health’ and that’s how she’d like to best remember 2020.
On Saturday, the 41-year-old stunner appeared on the famous ‘The Weekend Briefing’ podcast where she spoke about her fitness achievements, adding how grateful and proud she felt for coming so far.
Similarly, the Australian beauty told her fans that it wasn’t an overnight magic ordeal. Instead, it required a complete lifestyle change to achieve her weight goals which she is very content with, at the moment.
“For me, it was the year of health.
It was just all about being a healthier version of myself,” adding how she had simultaneously been working upon her fertility while curbing all of her emotional eating habits too.“I had several goals and I wasn’t going to back down before I achieved them,” the star revealed confidently.
Wilson also told her listeners that weight loss isn’t only about losing a desired number of pounds. Yes, she did put an overall target of 75 kilos to her list but fitting into a particular dress size was definitely not a part of her strategy. And that is why she feels she succeeded throughout the process.
