A 19-year-old heavily pregnant woman is forced to live in a hotel after some nasty rats invaded her home and made her leave the house.
Rebecca Newton, 38 weeks pregnant and living with her partner in her house located in Langley Mill, Derbyshire, recently encountered something that nobody will desire. In September, she shifted in her Derwent Living home but was forced to move out in October after discovering an infestation of rodents.
The hotel is amazing and comfortable, but she wants her baby to be in his real house after arriving in the world. Her partner is equally worried as both of them had planned many things for the baby that are to be done in their house. The baby room is also not prepared yet, and there are no carpets in the home as well.
Rebecca has asked the administration and authorities of Derwent Living to do something about the rats’ issue, but nobody has done anything to help her. She is unsure if help will be provided soon as it has been weeks now, and nothing has changed. She fears that she has to stay in the hotel after the delivery of her firstborn.
A source had revealed that Rebecca had to stay with her mother before she moved to the hotel. She was afraid that the rats in her house might carry diseases, and it is not safe to keep a newborn baby in such a place. The spokesperson for Derwent Living proclaimed that they are doing everything they can to support and help their customers.
