The father of a student furiously took the matter to social media after learning that the middle school teacher made the controversial question a part of his daughter’s online quiz.

The question asked students to decide who among Donald Trump, Ronald Regan, Richard Nixon and Jimmy Carter fit the description of ’45th Pres; 2017; Republican; Real Estate businessman; Idiot.’

‘Going to raise some h*** with the principal. Indoctrination will not continue. (See word “idiot” at the end of our presidents multiple choice answer). Not having it!’

The teacher at Watson B. Duncan Middle School in Palm Beach Gardens was reassigned soon after the tweet went viral. Principal Philip D’Amico revealed that an investigation has been launched into the matter.

Philip also apologized to the parents of the kids who took the quiz, reassuring them that the school will take proper action against the persons responsible for the blunder.

‘The question was inappropriate and demonstrated an unacceptable lack of good judgment on the part of the teacher,’ the principal said in a letter sent to the parents.

‘An investigation is now underway, and the teacher has been reassigned during this process. Because this is an open inquiry, I am not at liberty to share any additional details with you at this point.

‘I apologize for this incident, and for the offensive verbiage used in the question.’

The father of the student, who made the matter public, told WPTV: ‘I don’t believe opinions belong in the classroom whether religion, politics, ethnic background, any of those things.’

The man, who sought anonymity, added that parents should teach kids ‘what’s right and wrong and that speaking up isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It’s probably the right thing to do.’
