To this day, she still remains in a “vegitative state,” and cannot speak, leaving behind a lot of physical and mental scars behind on the girl.

His case is relevant today, for police have denied him to do parole based on multiple factors that include being dangerous, having multiple offenses as to why he was denied.

The parole tells Muckle a reason they denied him parole: “Your actions caused immeasurable pain and suffering both to your victim and her family. You were not able to demonstrate any insight into why you engaged in such a violent attack on a stranger, nor did you accept responsibility for the offence.”

Courneya’s identity had been hidden for two years, her publication ban had been lifted in order to ask for help and reach out for her health. They began to ask for help on covering medical costs for the girl, yet she is still not fully recovered from the horrendous incident. She needs a “very high level 24/7 care,” says her father.
