China had been on lockdown for some time so that the virus does not spread out. More than 30,000 thousand people have been infected and more than a thousand people died due to the outbreak.

Prisoners in the UK are being tested for the virus after a prisoner was shifted from Thailand to the UK. The prisoner has been named Mark John Rumble.

Mark John Rumble is being tested for the virus in particular and has been kept in isolation in the Bicester prison so that other prisoners do not get affected by the same. He was escorted from the airport and was directly put in the isolated cell.

Not only Mark but all the inmates of the jail are being kept in isolated cells until the test results come out and they are all negative. Even the entry of the corridors has been locked so that it is kept completely isolated.

The prison has a capacity for 1,114 inmates including the accommodation for young adults between the age of 18-21, and for those who are on remand as well.

While the test was still going on the prisoners, a British couple was taken out of Diamond Princess Cruise. Upon being tested the man said that his first test came out negative but he would have to go for the second round of the test.

If the second comes out negative too then he will be discharged, until then he will be kept in isolation.
