Principal Fired After Sending ‘Flirty’ Text Messages To Young Female Students


Britain’s ‘strictest headmaster’ has been fired from a top boarding school after he was caught sending creepy text messages to female students.

47-year-old principal Toby Belfield has been fired from Ruthin School in North Wales after education ministers warned it would close the school that charges £37,500-a-year for full boarding and up to £14,500-a-year for day pupils.

Ruthin School in North Wales ‘decided to terminate Mr. Belfield’s employment with immediate effect’ after he sent flirty messages to female students.

Ruthin School said in a statement: ‘The school’s council of management received a verbal interim report on Friday from the external person we appointed to independently review Mr. Belfield’s conduct. On the basis of that report has decided to terminate Mr. Belfield’s employment with immediate effect.’

Mr. Belfield, who is married, would send female students creepy text messages, calling them ‘cute’ and ‘naughty’.

He even discussed one’s virginity and told one girl, ‘you are a potential s*xual threat to young boys.’

Mr. Belfield told one girl: ‘I’ll visit you at university to check you are still an angel.’

In another message, he wrote: ‘I worry, definitely, about you and s*xual behavior.

You might need my support and you shouldn’t risk not having it..

All the boarding staff have been told you are a potential s*xual threat to young boys.’

After sacking Mr. Belfield from the school, Ruthin School in North Wales said the students would now be safer and better cared for.

Principal Mr. Belfield was previously dubbed Britain’s strictest headmaster after he sent an email to parents saying he was planning to expel students.

He told parents that he disapproved of relationships between pupils.

Welsh Government Education Minister, Kirsty Williams warned to close the £37,500-a-year school if they didn’t fire Mr. Belfield after learning about his creepy text messages.
