As the distressed black brogues of Prince Harry suggest, the Royal Family member must be a very busy man.
Nevertheless, he still chose to make his appearance on Princess Eugenie’s Friday wedding in the damaged shoes.
The 33-year-old Duke of Sussex wore the worn-out brogues to the wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank. He showed off his hole in the sole in front of 850 royals, VIPs, aristocrats, and friends.
Allegedly, Prince Harry, who was accompanied by his wife Meghan, wore the same damaged shoes that he appeared in on a different wedding in August.
Despite his brogues with a hole in the sole, Harry looked quite dapper in his black jacket, blue waistcoat, and striped trousers.
For that reason, many find it hard to understand why Harry doesn’t make the time to have his shoes repaired or purchase new ones.
While both shoes are fairly worn-out, it is the left one that features a big hole in the sole. Harry’s footwear first hit the headlines in August when he attended his childhood friend’s wedding in the damaged brogues.
His choice of outfit, however, wasn’t the only thing that caught the attention of the all-seeing eyes at the wedding.
Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, wore an elegant and pristine navy blue Givenchy coat. While she looked absolutely stunning in the ensemble, some fans quickly suggested she might be wearing the loose outfit to conceal her baby bump.
“Judging by the fact that she’s wearing a heavy coat indoors; Meghan Markle is either pregnant or the type to get chilly easily,” one person wrote.
“Something about Meghan’s outfit choice makes me think she’s pregnant and hiding a baby bump. It’s so conservative,” another one said.
One commenter suggested: “I guess Meghan’s pregnant. She didn’t take off her wide coat at any point do the wedding. You couldn’t even see her dress. Would be so nice for Harry and Meghan to have a baby.”
Following days of speculation, the Kensington Palace came up with the following statement:
“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019.
“Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”
