A lawyer representing Virginia Roberts has claimed that Prince Andrew may have been filmed in private areas and rooms of Jeffrey Epstein’s property.
David Boies, the lawyer representing Epstein’s victims, said: “There is no doubt Prince Andrew would have been captured on footage filmed in rooms and private areas of Epstein’s property.”
The investigation will raise further concerns for the Duke of York, who denied all accusations against him, including that he had sexual interactions with Ms. Roberts numerous times.
In an interview with The Mail, Mr. Boies said: “We know there were cameras throughout the New York mansion and in Epstein’s other properties. We know there were a multitude of cameras and very large quantities of tapes.
“Prince Andrew would have been included. He would certainly have been included among the people who would have been captured on the tapes.”
Victims have reported seeing cameras in Epstein’s private areas, including bedrooms.
One victim said she found a ‘hidden door’ and saw ‘several men looking at banks and banks of monitors which showed activity in every room of the house, including the bedrooms and where the massages took place.’
Despite the lawyer’s claims, there is still no evidence that any video of the duke being involved in any misconduct during his visits to Epstein exists or existed.
Mr. Boies has written to the legal team of Prince Andrew asking that he provide ‘any and all written or electronic correspondence between Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew.’
“They are emails to be sure. Perhaps other communications,” Mr. Boies said. “We have evidence on that related to the PR co-ordination and we have bits and pieces that sort of came up in an unstructured way and what we’re trying to do is get a complete inventory.”
