Writer Amanda Mancino-Williams was travelling from the train with her kids from Cheltenham to Nottingham.

When they all got on the train, they saw an elderly couple was already sitting on the seats that they reserved for themselves.

The pregnant mother expressed her anger towards how the elderly couple refused to move from the seats that she booked for her little kids.

The mother kept telling them that they have made the reservations in advance, but the elderly couple didn’t agree to it and refused to give up the seats.

Amanda posted a review on Twitter while complaining about the situation on the CrossCountry train. S

he said that if a mother has booked tickets for her kids and herself in advance on the train, then you cannot just take up her seat or tell her that reservations don’t matter at all.

She further said that the elderly couple just refused to give up the seats and make any eye contact with her.

The pregnant mother was furious on the couple as she had to go through a lot to tell them that the seats have been already booked in advance.

The three kids tried to adjust on the two seats, and the pregnant mother kept standing throughout. Amanda also said how her 12-year-old daughter was throwing some serious expressions towards the woman who wasn’t ready to give them their seat.

Fortunately, the train conductor looked into the situation and provided Amanda and her three kids with the spare table in the first-class compartment.
