This autistic man is shy to talk to strangers around him, and that’s why he sits in his bedroom and predicts storms to save the lives of people around him.
Nathan Foy, who is 20 years old, helps in giving people the updates about the incoming hurricanes, cyclones and storms.
He operates everything with the help of 20 volunteers sitting in his bedroom in Leigh, Wigan.
Nathan has a website which is called Force Thirteen, and it now has 30,000 viewers and people rely on him to get the information about the storms which can occur in future.
The aid workers also take help from him to make sure that they are fully prepared for the storms.
Nathan lives in the additional space in his parent’s garden and operates everything from there. He claims that he started this when he was eight years old.
He further said that everything he predicts is self-taught and people began asking him to keep doing it, but he never knew that it would become so big.
He is sure that he and his team have changed many lives around them because of the predictions. Recently, the group helped the workers during the cyclone in Mozambique, which helped and saved a lot of lives.
The team and Nathan provide all their reports to the people online and help them in getting prepared for the storms. Hats off to Nathan to never step back because of his autism and help so many people in the world.
