Pranks are fun, but on certain occasions, they are taken way too far.
This is what happened with Sue Pakey, who was tricked by her boyfriend David Burrows after he promised her to go to the spa on the weekend of Valentine’s Day.
Instead of the SPA, he took her on a tour around the convenience stores owned by the SPAR company. The 44-year-old nursery worker was so excited that she packed her bags for the two-days of luxury pampering, which “she thought” she would receive.
Even though the whole situation seemed funny and David found it to be hilarious, Sue was extremely disappointed with the results.
The nursery worker did not expect the tables will turn for her, and the images that David took showed her disappointment.
Sue was so horrified when her 37-year-old teaching assistant boyfriend took her around nine SPAR convenience stores.
David said he thought the situation will be funny and each of the convenience stores they visited he bought her something from there.
Both David and Sue have been together for 17 years, and although David is a romantic individual, at certain times, he proves himself to be a practical joker.
However, for Sue, she was so looking forward to the massage and sauna, and it all started when the couple left home in Birmingham and stopped by a SPAR store after driving two miles.
The situation kept repeating, and Sue realized what was going on when they made a stop at the second SPAR convenience store, and her worst fear became a reality.
He insisted Sue to take selfies outside each of the nine SPAR convenience stores they paid a visit to, and David added she was not at all impressed.
He continued by telling that, everyone thought we were going on a SPA in the weekend, so why not go on a SPAR weekend instead?
But Sue did not enjoy it at all.
