Body Cam Footage Shows Police Officer Saving The Life Of A Baby


Bodycam footage shows the moment a cop saved a 9-month-old baby choking in the back seat:

Marietta officer was called after a woman’s granddaughter started choking.

Nick St. Onge arrived at the scene and the body cam shows how he saved the infant’s life by performing CPR.

In another incident, an NYPD Officer was called to an apartment after an infant stopped breathing.

NYPD officer Wendell Dias arrived at the scene. He knew what to do as his own daughter once experienced the same thing years ago.

Dias swept the infant’s throat with a finger, put her over his shoulder, and started pounding her back.

“And, you know, she vomited all over my jacket, which is a great thing. I think that’s a blessing” Dias said.

In a third incident, a Culver City, California, police officer saved the life of a 9-month-old.

When Aria Lockridge saw her baby sister Harley choking, she ran for help.

Officer Brian Cappell came to the rescue and saved the life of the baby by flipping the infant over and stroking her back.

“It always makes you nervous, but it’s one of those things. But your training just kicks in” Cappell told CBSLA.

Harley’s mother, Janet Lockridge, said: “As soon as we heard that cry, it was like an angel. It was like God sent his angel through him.”

“I asked him, I said, ‘Can I just hug you?’ And I burst into tears, and his first reaction was, ‘Can I hold her?’’”
