In the footage, the officer is seen laughing and bragging about “fu**ing hitting people with car” as he recalls being in an unmarked vehicle surrounded by protesters.

“Dude, dude, dude, I f***in’ drove down Tremont—there was an unmarked state police cruiser they were all gathered around,” he explained to his colleague.

“So then I had a f***er keep coming, f***ing running. I’m f***ing hitting people with the car, did you hear me, I was like, ‘get the f***…”

At that moment, his colleague suddenly walked away before returning to tell the officer that the bodycam was on, meaning that he was recorded during his rant.

The officer then stopped laughing and started making excuses saying: “Oh, no no no no no, what I’m saying is, though, that they were in front, like, I didn’t hit anybody, like, just driving, that’s all.”

Meanwhile, his colleague appears to apologize for the inconvenience by saying: “This thing just f***ing went on automatically.”

According to the reports, the officer behind the worrying comment has been placed on leave after the footage has been released, whereas an investigation into the footage has been launched by the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and Boston Police Department.

In another controversial bodycam recording, a police officer revealed how he wanted to hit a protester while suggesting they should “start spraying more.”

“We gotta start spraying more. You out? I got a little left,” the cop said, The Appeal reported. While gesturing at a protester, he added: “I want to hit this a**hole. I’ve used two of these already—I’ve got a little left, I want to hit this kid.”

After the disturbing recordings came to light, Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey slammed the incidents as “inexcusable” and said “a full investigation” into the events is required.

“This callous behavior further stresses the importance of advancing police reform in our state, particularly when it comes to use of force standards and accountability. We need a full investigation into what happened that night to hold accountable anyone who acted unlawfully,” Healey said.

As the Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins also confirmed, the videos were already submitted to their prosecution team.
