Dog owners know how playful their furry companions can be.
There are no boring days with these pooches around.
They give people a warm and homey feeling, and even the person with the coldest heart will smile when approached by a dog.
One rescue pup decided to play with his pal in the middle of a weather report, and viewers were definitely amused.
For those who are wondering why there’s a dog, some news stations have pets in the studio to encourage people to rescue animals from shelters.
But during the weather segment, Ripple the adorable pooch thought it was playtime.
A weather specialist for Edmonton’s Global News Morning show was giving a report when Ripple started playing with him. But Mike Sobel showed how good he is at what he does even with the four-legged guest.
Before he explained the details on the upcoming weather, Mike shared a short background on his furry guest, saying that one-year-old Ripple was a rescue puppy.
He then started to deliver the weather report but Ripple suddenly jumped and tried to play with Mike.
The pooch tried its best to get his human pal to play with him but Mike had to continue with the report.
The playful pup even managed to break free of his leash but he didn’t run away from Mike. He stayed next to him and waited for the weather reporter to finish so they could play together.
Mike finished his report despite laughing in between. It is completely understandable as it’s hard to keep a straight face with an adorable dog like Ripple is trying to get your attention.
There is no doubt that Ripple made the weather segment livelier, and viewers loved his appearance!
