You never know that a plain boring day is turned into a thrilling and can change your life.
This happened with a pizza delivery guy who worked for dominos.
Joey Grundl who is an employee of Dominos Waldo Wisconsin. He was going to deliver a pizza to a woman who ordered it but when he rang the bell a man appeared who told himself to be Dean Hoffman.
Joey took it normal and was about to leave when he saw a woman at the back.
He got surprised to hear the grumble of that woman in her own house to call the police. Joey, however, noticed some suspicion in the eyes of that lady who murmured to “call police”. Joey could have taken the matter as normal and could be headed towards the next delivery.
But when he entered back into his car he gave a second thought to the matter and felt something odd and then called the police.
After a few minutes police arrived but the twist was that Dean Hoffman blocked the door and did not let the police in.
But then he lost the battle when police entered and saw the woman in an ill-treated manner they immediately shifted her to hospital and arrested Hoffman. But the story did not end here.
The 57-year-old victim narrated the story as Hoffman was his boyfriend and they remained together from 2016 to august 2018.
They drifted apart and she settled in another home but things got worse when Hoffman entered her house and that too without knocking. She told that she got helpless and tried to call the police but in vain.
Then Hoffman started physical torture. He dragged her from the stairs ripped her clothes and even tied her by not letting her speak.
The man overall hit her hard and she did not tell that why and how he unties her or if the lady convinced her but it was her luck that Joey arrived on time and his instincts ordered him to call the police.
Joey told hail news in an interview that “ the incident made him scary and he could easily see something bad over there and upon that the murmuring of the lady made him alert”.
After this incident, Joey Grndl went viral on the television. He was wearing Taylor swift’s reputation tour hoodie and the fans spotted in the show Taylor even met her backstage. He looked so courageous and satisfied.
