A Pint of Beer or A Glass of Wine Can Actually Increase Your Chances of Heart Stroke


You might have heard and read that consuming little amount of alcohol is beneficiary for health and may protect you from the risks of heart attack thus people should have a glass or two of wine or beer every day.

Well, do not trust the same because a recent study has found that the study had flaws and even the tiniest amount of alcohol consumption can increase your chances of getting a heart attack overnight.

The new study had been carried out recently where people were tested on the same.

The study showed results that a pint or two of beer or a glass or two of wine can increase the chances of getting a heart attack by 5 to 10 percent while 4 glasses of alcohol can increase the risk to 35% in the late years of life.

The critics of the research kept talking about the flaws the research had, and that is how scientists decided to conduct another study on the same.

It was found out that the people earlier involved in the tests were regular alcohol consumers and some of them did not even touch alcohol because of health reasons. Thus there were other factors influencing the results and because of the same the results were not valid.

The recent study conducted on people who did not drink alcohol or consumed a slight of it. The study was conducted for a very long time to check the apt results.

The study was published in the Lancet medical journal and used genetic problem in China. Genes of the people are the one thing that decides what will happen to the body of the person who is consuming alcohol.
