Piers Morgan, 56, recently slammed Meghan Markle, 40, over her “degrading” appearance on The Ellen Show.
The English broadcaster, who is known to be a vocal critic of the Duchess of Sussex for quite some time now, took a swipe over her participation on a skit for the show, wherein Ellen commands Meghan on what to do and say while interacting with the public.
The former Suits actress squatted and claimed that she had ‘healing powers’ and drank milk from a baby bottle.
After seeing the footage of the skit, Piers compares Meghan’s behavior to a ”desperate reality star”.
“Last night’s Ellen debacle exposed Meghan Markle’s desire to be a jobbing C-list reality TV celebrity, not a jobbing A-list royal,” Piers wrote in his MailOnline column.point 284 |

“For a British royal to demean herself in such a way is completely unacceptable,” Piers added. “Not just because it made Meghan Markle look ridiculous, but because it made the British Monarchy look ridiculous.”
Piers also called Meghan and Ellen ‘nasty little bullies’, having made a remark about ‘bullying in the workplace’ on Twitter last night in response to their interview.
Meghan was accused of bullying in March, with The Times reporting that the Duchess allegedly drove out two personal assistants and ‘humiliated’ staff on several occasions, which she denies.
Buckingham Palace has tasked an external legal team to assist its human resources team in an investigation into the claims.
Moreover, it seems like royal fans are also disappointed with Meghan’s actions on Ellen.
“Lol Meghan Markle playing with Crystals and fake changing on Ellen is DEFINITELY the wackiest thing a royal has ever done,” one royal fan tweeted.
“Okay Meghan Markle is hocking,” another has added. “Funny I’m dying.”
