Like dogs and other animals, they are also clumsy for at least three months after they were born. They also couldn’t control their trunks properly that’s why they always trip over. But these babies can drink about three whole gallons of milk daily. It is a routine that they keep for up to ten years to become taller and bigger like their mama and papa elephants.

Male elephants usually go on their own and leave the herd after twelve years or more while females stay with their families forever. This is actually good news for all giant parents who do not want their daughters to go out of their sights.
