Loneliness is something that eats up a person from within and no one in the world deserves to feel the terrible emotions.
Loneliness makes a person feel helpless and gives them depressive feelings.
You may think that an old person living in an apartment is the kind of people who may feel lonely but this is not true.
The new reports say that it is the millennial and the youngsters that feel the loneliest these days.
According to the British Red Cross, More than 9 million people in the UK are lonely which makes every 10th person in the country.
The result is depressing to see so many people feeling the tragic feeling no one deserves to feel.

First, talk to your mates or roommates. Say hi to them, ask them how are they doing or just give a knock at their door to let them know you are there.

Second, make sure you never eat alone. As per a study, people who eat with company are 87% times happier, as they say having a company makes their mood better.
Third, living lonely is the one thing that makes people suffer because walls are not always the best company to be in. SpareRooms thus helps people in finding the right place to live with the company of a roommate. This, in turn, makes people feel less lonely.
