We have seen so many couples walking on the beach and holding hands, but have never seen anything like this. A penguin couple was spotted holding hands on the beach. This cute and romantic moment was captured in Cape Town, South Africa.

The video was posted to Twitter by user @freakingdani, who said that her aunt sent it to her from her trip to South Africa.

She wrote, “holding hands,” walking along the coast together like a couple madly in love. Dani captioned it: “my aunt just came back from South Africa and she sent me this video she took of this little penguin couple.”

In this 16 seconds long video, you will see the love of penguin, towards each other. It has more than enough time to give the internet a much-needed dose of cuteness.

Just days after she had posted the video, it has received nearly 3.7 million views, along with 82 thousand retweets and 1.5 thousand comments.

Ataemonus added: ‘That’s just love.’

But not everyone was entirely pleased with the penguins, with some comparing their romantic bliss to the state of their own love lives.

The beach, around 30 miles south of Cape Town, is home to a colony of African penguins, which are also known as jackass penguins because of their braying call, which sounds like a donkey.
