Have you watched Peaky Blinders? If you have then you must be familiar with how there is no scene in the series where the main lead Cillian Murphy playing Tommy Shelby, is empty-handed.
He is either drinking whiskey or is smoking cigarettes. Let alone how many episodes we have watched and he has been doing the same in all of them.
Well, making a series demands long days spent on the set with takes after takes to get the scene right. It would not come out as a shock that he has smoked more than 1000 cigarette while doing what he does.
Helen McCrory, a co-star to Murphy who plays Aunt Polly in the series revealed something extraordinary out in an interview she said that once the prob guy had made 1000 cigarettes, she does not remember which season it was but she sure remembers the number of buds.
She then also cracked a joke stating that no actor has ever died in the making of the show. She said that they do not inhale the smoke.
She said that all the cigarettes that they are seen smoking are herbal and they do not cause any harm. She also said that the glass that is always filled with whiskey is not whiskey.
It is colored water because drinking or smoking on the set is prohibited. Wasn’t Murphy impressive enough for you to believe it was all real?
The biggest point right now is we are all waiting for the fifth season of the show to come out.
BBC has been playing with our emotions as they are teasing us all. They say it is coming out soon but how long this soon is going to end, we have no idea. Just yesterday they dropped a trailer and if you haven’t watched it yet you should probably start running to watch it now.
