Traveling in a plane is often frightening and if you witness the wheels of the airplane coming off on the runway, what can be scarier than that?
Recently a passenger filmed the entire incident when the wheels of the plan came off on the runway. A terrified passenger of Air Canada filmed the incident when the wheel of the jet came off at the Montreal-Trudeau International airport’s runway.
The Air Canada Express was carrying 49 passengers and was picking the right speed to take off when one of the wheels started sparking and eventually fired along. Flight 8684’s wheel came off but fortunately, none of the passengers were injured by the incident.
Tom, one of the passengers filmed the scene and twitted it immediately. An investigation team has been launched to determine what went wrong with the plane and how the wheel came off. According to reports, the flight was scheduled to fly 230 miles north to Bogaotville when this horrifying incident happened.
Mannon Stuart, the spokesperson for the Jazz Aviation said that the pilots were able to follow the instructions and land the plane safely without any causalities. The experienced pilots maintained the control of the aircraft and smartly handled the situation that could have turned into a massive accident.
When the plane landed, emergency vehicles were there on time to take the passengers out safely. Everyone appreciated the efforts of pilots and thanked them for landing the passengers back safely.
It has become necessary to take action against the repair and maintenance team of the aircraft as such incidents indicate the negligence from their side. A special team has been deployed to investigate the case and detect the real cause of the mishappening.
