Being fat is one thing and being 600lb is a completely different thing.
We cannot understand the hardship such people have to face in their life.
Their body grows more than the normal amount of weight our bones can handle. Thus they have problems in doing the most basic things in life like sitting, bathing, walking, etc. They rely on others to make their life working.
This is what happened when a drug dealer who weighs 600lbs was arrested and was drove to the courtroom for his trial.
His trial was conducted in an ambulance because the man was not capable of walking up to the courtroom for the trial. He said that if he walks out of the vehicle it can de dangerous for his life.
He was arrested on the charge of illegal drug supplying. The man whose name is Kirk Lenell Smith is of 42 years of age pleaded guilty in front of trafficking cocaine and for illegal possession of a gun.
The sentencing was conducted outside Hamilton County Courthouse. It was carried out at the loading dock.
The sentencing was conducted outside of the court on the orders of judge Tom Heekin. He made the decision on the basis of Kirk’s situation as he was not able to walk out of the vehicle.
In the trial, Kirk was only able to give one or two words answer. When the man was asked to speak something in his statement, he tried to speak but was unable to.
He tried but could not speak because of his health.
The judge stated that it was clear there were men working for him because it was in no way possible for him to carry on the business alone. He was not in a condition to move.
