Angry fans are calling upon Disney World to ban inappropriate clothing from all their theme parks after a couple was reportedly pictured flaunting raunchy attire that made so many viewers uncomfortable.
Over the weekend, many people took to social media to express their dismay regarding the matter, adding how it was high time Disney World took a stance and developed a family-friendly dress code that was suitable for both children and adults.
Fans recently put up images that featured one couple who wore matching attire that comprised of shirts that riffed upon the D of Disney’s calligraphy. To be more specific, the shirt read, ‘I wanted the D!”- which clearly noted towards the content of s*xual nature, and fans felt that was just not okay!
Now, many people feel that non-family-friendly shirts should definitely not be allowed in any of Disney World’s theme parks.
These shirts are commonly sold on online website stores like Amazon and Etsy, and since the incident has taken place, they have gone viral on Twitter, creating an absolute storm with the masses.
One Twitter user commented how D is for DON’T and he was none other than a former creative designer who worked for Disney in the past. He also featured an image of the couple donning inappropriate clothing while having a blast at the theme park.
Another viewer spoke about how happy he would be if Disney actually took dress code-related matters seriously and actually went about banning shirts like these. “If they banned such attire, I would certainly not be mad,” he went on to add.
In the same way, plenty of people took to Twitter to roast the couple for their selfish behavior and hoped they would gather some sense into choosing what to wear and when.
