An elderly woman who claims that no one can guess her real age thanks to her youthful appearance has left people shocked when she told them her age.
Keiko Guest says most people think she’s in her 20s even though she’s already 72. She credits her incredible figure to her plant-based diet and staying clear of alcohol.
She also alternates between two to three hours of ballet, gymnastics, dancing, and weight training a week.
“I show off my body not to be vain but because I feel good and work really hard. People tell me I look great for my age, but I don’t get approached by men as I steer well clear of bars,” the pensioner from Georgia said.
“I am absolutely fine without a man in my life.
“Instead, I focus on myself and doing things for me and my health. Staying fit has been a priority of mine since my 30s and will continue to be so.”
Keiko had a facelift when she was 50 but insisted the rest of her body looks great because of her dedication to her healthy diet and fitness.
She also explained how she tries to have something raw every day.
Her impressive appearance has gained her massive attention online and many internet users call her an ‘inspiration.’
One person commented: “You’re an inspiration. This doesn’t happen overnight and is way harder to achieve the older you are. This is years of dedication and hard work.”
Another wrote: “I don’t look that good and I’m 35. You go girl!”
A third said: “Girl, you are not 72, you are more like 22.”
But others told her to ‘be dignified,’ with one writing: “Sweet Jesus! Please keep your clothes on. It is good to have fu, but be dignified.”
Another commented: “Please stop wearing clothes as if you are 16 because it looks silly.”
