A good-looking woman has spoken out and complained about being too pretty to find a date who isn’t intimidated by her beauty.
Amber ‘Sweetheart’ Johanssen is a Swedish model and influencer on a mission to find her Mr. Right after being single for years.
As the young lady explained, she hasn’t been able to find a man or go on a proper date in more than two years because men allegedly find her success and beauty too intimidating.
While Amber gets more than enough attention and praise from her fans online, real life comes with its fair share of obstacles.
“I haven’t been on a date or had sex in two years, I’m not celibate by choice – I [just] can’t find the right guy. My job hinders my love life and s*x life, with most guys scared to approach me, last time I tried to organize a date, the guy canceled on me last minute. I honestly think he was intimidated by my success and beauty,” she explained.
“Men have told me that they don’t take me seriously and that they would be embarrassed by being with me.
I’ve tried dating apps, but guys seem to think it’s a fake catfish account or they find my sexy content online before the date, and it makes it very awkward.
I feel like they are more interested in bedding me than actually getting to know who I am.”
Johanssen went on to say that she’s hoping to meet a British man because Swedish men are too “tight with cash” and not “chivalrous” enough for her taste.
She also explained she’s looking for someone intelligent and kind but also ready to spend some real money on their relationship.
“I am looking for someone with intelligence, kindness, good manners, and someone who isn’t cheap, my biggest issue with Swedish men is the lack of chivalry. Unfortunately, in my home country, guys want to share the bill 50/50 and I hate that, especially on the first date, I don’t mind paying for myself or a date, but it’s the principle,” Amber concluded.
