A pregnant woman with a strong jawline has hit back at her critics who called her “disgusting” and told her to get surgery.
23-year-old Brooke Martin is a social media influencer who has more than 40,000 followers on TikTok where she is known as @girlwith_squarejaw.
As the young mom-to-be revealed, “obsessed” trolls often make fun of her and compare her to Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story or Lord Farquuad from Shrek because of her protruding jawline. They sometimes even go as far as telling her to seek a cosmetic procedure or stay away from social media.
Martin, however, has grown immune to the hurtful comments and simply told her haters to leave her alone if they don’t like her or her content.
She also insisted she would rather die than change her appearance.
“If you have a problem with me, pop off,” she said in response to her critics.
While she had already received enough negative comments to last her a lifetime, Brooke also receives plenty of praise from her loyal supporters who defend her from hateful attacks.
“You’re absolutely stunning and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise,” one person wrote.
“Didn’t they get the memo? It is hip to be square,” another said.
The third wrote: “Haters gonna hate don’t change for anyone.”
After people wondered if the protruding jawline was in her genetics, the young woman also shared a picture showing her as a child next to her father who had a similar prominent jawline.
As a result, fans couldn’t help but wonder whether her child, too, would inherit the special feature that makes Brooke so unique.
