A woman who branded herself as an anti-feminist has spoken out and revealed why she wants to be treated like a housewife.
39-year-old Claire Grey from Swansea, Wales, is a former model who has sparked a debate and divided opinions after revealing she prefers tradition when it comes to domestic roles and her way of living.
Speaking to the Mirror, Grey admitted she believes women should clean, cook, and watch over the house while men go out and work.
She also insists women should always greet their spouses with a meal on the table, whereas husbands should treat their wives as gentlemen by paying for dates, opening the doors for them, and holding their hands while crossing the road.
“I’m like a 1950s housewife – I believe the man should work and the woman should look after the home,” Grey says.
“They should have dinner on the table for their man and make sure household chores are taken care of.”
Grey went on to slam today’s women saying they are too “easy” as she revealed she never sleeps with a man on the first date and always waits at least six months before jumping into the bed with a potential partner.
Among other values she’s looking for in a relationship, the 39-year-old wants to be gifted flowers and showered with romantic gestures on a frequent basis. She also wants her man to do the majority of driving and fuel up her car when she decides to drive.
In return, Grey is offering to look after her home, her children, and her husband once they start a family.
Speaking to the Mirror, Claire also revealed how she puts the men she goes out with to a simple test by offering to pay the bill when they eat outside. If her date agrees, a second date no longer remains an option.
