‘I Didn’t Ask To Look Like Him!’ Woman Gets A New Haircut But Ends Up Looking Exactly Like Frodo Baggins From The Lord Of The Rings


A 25-year-old woman who recently got a haircut was shocked to see when she ended up looking like Frodo Baggins from Lord of the Rings.

Annie McElvein from Queenstown, South Island, just wanted to get ‘bangs’ but she didn’t expect that she will look like the brave hobbit.

After washing her new hair, she looked in the mirror and saw Frodo staring back at her.

“I just thought it would be fun to have bangs and ended up looking like Frodo Baggins,” Annie said.

“I didn’t ask to look like him, but I’m not upset about it.”

She said that she is a huge Lord Of The Rings fan so she got excited when she noticed that she looked like one of the main characters in the Lord of The Rings.

Annie, who goes under the username @aannniee6 on TikTok, shared a video of her new haircut and gained almost 8 million views and thousands of comments.

Many joked that Frodo and Annie could be ‘twins.’ She is now hoping that her new haircut might catch actor Elijah Wood’s eye.

“When I say I’m the biggest Lord Of The Rings fan, I mean I can spend hours a day watching videos on YouTube,” she said.

“It’s what I talk about at parties.”

“I hope maybe Elijah sees I look just like him,” Annie continued.
