Some people pass their driving test on their first try while others need multiple attempts to finally get their license.
One woman even traveled 500 miles just so she could take the easiest driving test in the UK only to fail again, according to the Daily Star.
Constance Kampfer from London reportedly traveled to the Isle of Mill off the west coast of Scotland hoping to pass the ‘easiest’ driving test.
The young woman had developed a fear of roundabouts while driving so she decided to go somewhere else with less roundabouts.
Constance searched on Google until she discovered the Isle of Mill, which has a 90 percent pass rate as it consists of only one roundabout and mostly single-track roads.
It took her 10 hours and a ferry ride to get there but when she arrived, there were no driving instructors to borrow a car from.
Fortunately, a local woman offered her vehicle so she could take the test.
Speaking to The Times, she said: “I was determined I would pass my driving test the second time – I simply needed to optimize my chances.”
A Google search then told her where she had to go. Constance then booked for the earliest date available.
“For their lessons, residents tend to head to Oban on the mainland, where the ferry to the island departs from.
“None of the instructors I got hold of fancied the trip, each warning me of high chances that my crossing would be canceled in bad weather.”
Constance said that she took to Facebook and found a local who offered her a blue Mini.
The woman felt confident about the test as there was only one roundabout but on her way back to the mainland, she immediately realized that the examiner refused to look at her properly.
“He had mentioned a few times that I was straying too far into the middle of the road for his liking, but I had taken it to be friendly advice,” she said.
“Instead, it turned out to be my downfall.”
