A furious wife has revealed that she decided to stop doing any housework after her husband accused of her of doing nothing around the house.
Taking to TikTok, Lindsay Donnelly said that she wanted her husband to see the weight of his accusation by doing a silent protest.
“My husband made a comment that I do nothing around the house,” she said at the beginning of the video.
The mother-of-two’s expression then changed and she smiled at the camera.
“So for two days, I really did nothing around the house,” the overlay text read. She then panned the camera around so her followers could see dirty clothes and toys all over the floor and dirty dishes all over the dining table and sink.
Lindsay then added in the comment that she ‘left town for a girls trip #MarriageHumour.’
Her video has been viewed more than 13 million views and received over 2 million likes, with many internet users expressing their frustrations with her husband.
One person commented: “Breaks my heart beautiful strong women get treated so poorly.”
Another wrote: “Id literally pick up everything that wasn’t put away or washed or dirty and dump it all on his side of the bedroom and leave it there.”
A third said: “Me and the kids would be gone lmao divorced and all.”
