Travis Kelce has earned praise for his answer to a reporter who asked if he is ‘in love’ with his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
The Taylor and Travis romance has made headlines for weeks and fans believe that their relationship is going stronger than ever.
Speculations about their budding romance started after the Kansas City Chiefs’ star tight end attended one of the singer’s Eras Tour shows at the MetLife Stadium.
The two have become inseparable, with the Shake It Off hitmaker making regular appearances at NFL games to cheer for her boyfriend.
During a press conference before the Chief’s game against the Miami Dolphins, Kelce shared not only details about the upcoming match but also his blossoming relationship with Swift.
When a reporter asked for any updates about their current status, the 34-year-old said: “The latest status is I got to see her last week. That’s the latest status right there.”
But asked if he was ‘in love’ with Swift, he responded: “I’m going to keep my personal relationship personal.”
Fans were quick to praise Kelce for the way he responded, with one person saying: “He is handling this situation great. Nobody needs to know what is going on with his personal life. I would be putting up all the safeguards to protect it.”
