A ‘small detail’ about the woman who believes that she could be the missing Madeleine McCann managed to convince a private investigator to take her case.
Julia Wendell, also known as Julia Faustyna, has gained popularity after creating an Instagram where she posted ‘evidence’ that she is the British girl, who vanished while on a holiday with her parents in Portugal in 2007.
The 21-year-old also shared photos showing the ‘similar physical features’ they share.
Julia and Madeleine have a distinctive mark on their iris called coloboma. They also have a dimple on the left cheek.
These were the features that Dr. Fia Johansson, a private investigator and medium, convinced her to take the case.
“At this moment, the case is very important and it’s very sensitive to just go by the feelings and posts and a couple of pictures,” Dr. Fia said in an interview with Sky Australia.
“But she has this mark in her eyes… that I can see when she’s talking to me. I looked at the eyes and said ‘oh my god that’s exactly the mark.’”
Julia and Dr. Johansson appeared on Dr. Phil where they explained more why the Polish girl believes that she is the missing daughter of the McCanns.
Sharing her earliest memories, Julia appeared to describe the location in Portugal where Maddie disappeared.
“It was the beach and water, like sea or ocean, and there were turtles and children,” she said.
“I remembered light-colored buildings, like white or very light colors, sunlight on these buildings.”
She also spoke about being attacked by a man called Peter Ney.
“I believe that (Peter Ney) can be related to Martin Ney,” she expressed. “Martin Ney was suspected in [the] Madeleine McCann case and Martin Ney is an international child trafficker, serial killer.”
