Pamela Anderson showed off her natural and youthful appearance as she attended Paris Fashion Week without any make-up on.
The 56-year-old actress, who rose to fame with her iconic full-glam look, left fans shocked when she arrived with her soft looks that let her freckles shine through.
She joined Good Girls actress Christina Hendricks at the Vivienne Westwood show, saying she and the late designer were ‘kindred spirits.’
“I always used to joke that if Vivienne likes me, it doesn’t matter if the rest of the world likes me,” Pamela said.
While she was modest about her subtle appearance, she explained that “natural beauty still takes two hours in front of a mirror.”
The Baywatch star previously opened up about her decision to embrace her natural looks.
In an interview with Elle, Pamela explained that her decision to move away from her stylized glam appearance was influenced by her makeup artist Alexis Vogel’s passing.
“She was the best,” Pamela said of Vogel, who died from breast cancer in 2019. “And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup.”
The star revealed that letting go of her 90s persona felt ‘freeing, and fun, and a little rebellious.’
Her memoir ‘Love, Pamela’ has also given fans a new perspective on the actress.
She told Elle: “I get a lot of people walking up to me on the street, saying, ‘I had no idea who you were, and I’m sorry for all the ways I thought about you before because I like you now.’ I’m just like, ‘What did you think of me before?’”
Pamela continued: “You don’t really think about it in the moment. You’re raising two kids, you’re trying to survive, your heart is broken, you’re trying to fill up your life with people and making mistakes.
“We’re all just trying to live every day. So, I guess, decades got away from me. And it was nice to come home, full circle. I’m working more than ever, when I thought I was retired!”
