Millie Bobby Brown embraces her acne breakouts in her new makeup-free selfies she shared on Instagram.
The Stranger Things star posted two pictures of herself, showing what she looks like with and without makeup.
In the first photo, the actress took a mirror selfie and wore a full face of glam while in the second image, she went make-up free, revealing her acne breakouts.
The 19-year-old, who is engaged to Jake Bongiovi, then shouted out her brand, writing: “@florencebymills send help!”
Even though she did not mention anything about her acne breakouts, her fans were quick to praise her for keeping it real.
One follower commented: “Love how you show off your acne. it is normal and okay to get breakouts.”
Another said: “She makes me feel so comfortable to have acne i feel almost empowered and confident in my face.”
A third added: “Thank you for normalizing breakouts.”
This is not the first time Brown opened up getting breakouts. In a 2022 interview with Allure, she emphasized the importance of creating a beauty line as skin changes over time.
“I don’t know anything about beauty and skin care. That’s why I created this. I’m going to take you on this journey with me, so we can learn more about botanicals, serums, fruit and vegetable extracts, enzymes,” she said at that time.
“Things that are so important for your skin, but we don’t know about because we’re young.”
In March, she posted a video of her self-care routine and said that she embraces the ‘imperfections’ of her skin.
She applied a mud mask on some of her blemishes and for one of the breakouts she described as ‘angry,’ she used a pimple patch ‘to give it the love it needs.’
