51-year-old Megyn Kelly has slammed the Duchess of Sussex for constantly referring to the Duke of Sussex as ‘her husband,’ claiming the former actress is only doing it to get more attention.
The American journalist did not hold back when she hit out at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for ‘ripping on the Royals to whom they owe, literally, all of their fame and most of their fortune.’
She also criticized the way Meghan constantly referred to Harry as ‘her husband.’
Kelly said on her latest podcast episode: “We get it, you bagged the gorilla. Congratulations, you got the big bear, you want us all to know.”
This comes after the Suits alum released a new episode of her Archetypes podcast in which she boasted about the Duke’s parenting skills.
“Oh, my husband? Oh, he’s great!” the 41-year-old said after she was asked if Harry makes contribution to parenting.
Meghan also shared how Harry helps “get Archie downstairs” as she prepares breakfast every morning.
“I make breakfast for all three of them,” she said on her podcast. “It’s very important to me. I love doing it.”
Kelly also claimed that Meghan was a ‘liar’ when she said that she never looked up the Royal Family before she and Harry started dating.
In an interview with Oprah, Meghan said: “I never looked up my husband online. I just didn’t feel the need to because everything that I needed to know, he was sharing with me — or everything we thought I needed to know, he was telling me.”
Author Christopher Anderson, who is promoting his book The King: The Life of Charles III, told Kelly: “She, like every other young woman that age, they were all in love with (the Royals). There are pictures f her at the gates of Buckingham Palace when she was a teenager.”
Kelly then said: “Let’s get real, there’s always that eligible bachelor. For my age, it was JKF Jr., for her age it was Prince Harry.
“She was a liar…that’s really what we’re both saying. She lied about it, she lied.”
