Meghan Markle spent less than two years as a senior royal before she and her husband Prince Harry stepped down from their royal duties and started a new life in the U.S.

But there is a new claim that the former actress wanted to be the Royal Family’s ‘queen be’ when she married the prince.

Speaking to True Royalty TV’s ‘The Royal Beat,’ royal expert Katie Nicholl said: “I think there were culture clashes, there were personality clashes, but I think ultimately, Meghan did want to be queen be.”

Nicholl said that Meghan, who was previously accused of bullying their staff, expected the palace to take swift action at her requests.

The Duchess allegedly sent out emails with orders late at night and wanted them to be done right away.

“She expected an immediacy that went with those dawn emails so that she’d hatch an idea, want it executed by the next day, and didn’t quite get that the palace worked at a different pace,” Nicholl went on.

Nicholl said that she didn’t think the Suits alum’s early correspondence was a ‘huge issue’ as the King would also send late-night emails to staff.

“But my understanding from the people that I spoke to, many of whom did work for the Sussexes, was that Meghan in particular (would) want everything done now,” Nicholl added.

This comes after a former palace insider claimed Meghan thought she was going to be the ‘Beyonce of the UK.’

“I think Meghan thought she was going to be the Beyoncé of the UK. Being part of the royal family would give her that kudos,” the source said.
