A man who claims he went to heaven during a seven-day coma due to an acute bacterial infection now wants to prove that it really exists.

When Neurosurgeon Eber Alexander suffered a brain injury, he said he saw a spiritual guide on a butterfly wing that helped him get through a wormhole.

According to medical reports, his mind was “in no shape to have any dream or hallucination” at that time but during his seven-day coma, he saw dark images.

He said there was a ‘white light’ piercing through the darkness and a ‘perfect musical melody’ in the background. It led him into the ‘Gateway Valley.’

After going through the wormhole, the neurosurgeon said he saw a ‘perfect’ world that looked similar to the Garden of Eden.

Speaking to The Sun, Dr. Alexander said: “It was kind of like Plato’s world of ideals. It was a world of perfection.”

The neurosurgeon described the guide as a woman who didn’t speak but had a warm smile and ‘sparkling’ eyes that filled him with unadulterated love.

During his experience through the blackness, he said that there was a deity, maybe God.

But throughout his journey, he said that he received the same messages: “You have nothing to fear.”

Dr. Alexander’s family were shocked at the significant change when he finally woke up. His sister described him acting like a ‘little Buddha’ while telling them ‘all is well.’

He also realized that religion is about ‘unconditional love, complete inclusion of all.’

“This is not just about what happens when you die, but this is most importantly about how you make every choice today in treating yourself and treating others,” he continued.

“There is meaning in our lives, and the evidence from a neuroscientific viewpoint that our consciousness survives bodily death and that the binding force of love is the most important thing that connects us is overwhelming.”
