A man has been branded as awkward and embarrassing after suggesting that he was the “hot dad” on the school run.
30-year-old Rob from London is a personal trainer and a father who went viral over his “awkward” and “cringey” TikTok video accompanied by the following caption: “Some of you mummas be thirsty.”
As the young man insisted, he is the “hot dad” that mothers can’t resist when they’re dropping off their kids at his son’s school.
While Rob appeared more than confident in his video, the clip seemed to have backfired with viewers slamming the dad as arrogant and calling him a showoff.
“Awkward when the school mums talking about this at the school whilst cringing,” someone wrote.
“As a school run mum, I’m sorry to say, we’re not looking, we’ve got at least 5 other things running through our minds when dropping the kids off!” another mom said.
“Erm no mate! we like the builder dads that look like they have had a hard day working not a pretty boy we like men!” a third suggested.
One mother added: “The school run is the last place anyone looks. After wrestling kids out of door, all we do is wanna sling them through the gates and go to work.”
While plenty of critics condemned the dad for boasting on social media, others agreed that he looked great and praised him for his confidence.
The video has since racked up more than 160,000 likes and thousands of comments in dad’s favor.
Besides being a personal trainer, Rob also has an OnlyFans account and a TikTok channel on which he frequently discusses his dating experiences and life in early 30s.
